Why do you use the Meta Suite?
a. Because it is free to add an administrator (Clutch Media LLC) to your business or non-profit's page. You do not need to share passwords or log in credentials; you can remove administrators safely at any time.
b. The Meta Business suite allows Clutch Media LLC to schedule posts with video, text, and photos, stories (15-second videos that appear at the top of the app), and Reels (short videos that appear in between "Posts") on the customer's timeline. The Meta Suite allows Clutch Media to utilize multiple outlets in the same app universe to reach your customers.
c. Meta is very popular in the Midwest. Facebook and Instagram are popular, and Threads should be integrated into the scheduling system at some point soon.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can my business use a social media site outside the Meta Suite?
a. Yes, however, we will need to pay for a scheduling service such as Sprout Social or something similar. I have not used a scheduling service up to this point, but that doesn’t mean we can’t make it work. The Client will be responsible for the cost of the service.
Why use a subscription model?
a. If you hired Clutch to do a single piece, I would charge you more as the setup and execution are time-consuming. Your business would only be able to use the created media a few times as it would quickly become less effective with repetition. By setting up a format or template for your videos, posts, and stories, I do more work upfront and then update the templates with new images and info. This process means your content is fresh but familiar, and you get a consistent stream of unique branded content.
How much does a subscription cost?
a. Milage is a factor, but this service is priced with small business in mind. Don't hesitate to contact Clutch Media LLC for a quote.
What does a subscription include?
a. Video Element. Either several short videos about daily specials or one longer video about a relevant topic, i.e., New products, Maintenance, How-to, etc. We will find something that works for your business.
b. Daily Posts. This content highlights products, services, and relevant information, like New Hours or "Stop in During Rally in the Valley."
c. Stories. 15-second clips or still images as appropriate.
d. Additional video content. Sometimes, a condensed version of the week's longer video content.
e. If possible and relevant, Clutch Media will shoot photos for events.
How often do you shoot videos and photos?
For some businesses, once a month is plenty; for others, it is appropriate to stop in weekly. Clutch Media is a small business working with small businesses, so we will find out what works for us.

A Thumb drive with a finished MP4 file that you can watch on your computer or upload to your favorite hosting site.
I will send you a questionnaire to help you figure out what stories you want to hear.
We will conduct a preinterview
The interview process is pretty loose, so if something interesting arises, we’ll just go with it.
